In addition to the Teach Fitness site, I have designed and/or am the webmaster for several other sites, most fitness related. 

I charge a fair, flat hourly rate, and can handle the entire process from domain registration, hosting, email setup and site design, continuing through prompt updating and site maintenance.  Most of my business has been through customer referrals.  Please feel free to contact any of my clients for a reference.
